• Advertising platforms — when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us the information you chose to share (such as name, email, and phone number) along with your responses to our form questions.

Even after opting out, we may send you non-marketing transactional messages related to an active request or order where permitted by law.

4. Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and may use Meta's "Lead Ads" / "Instant Forms" feature to collect information directly within those platforms. When you submit one of our lead forms:

• Meta shares with us the information you chose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, and your answers to our qualifying questions.
• We use this information to contact you about the products and services you expressed interest in, consistent with this Privacy Policy.
• Meta's own collection and use of your information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy, not by this Policy.

• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pizza Arch, our customers, or others.
• With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information.
